As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

We distribute worldwide via Canada Post, DHL, Purolator, FedEx and UPS.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Orders shipping from the manufacturer may be routed to our distribution centre for inspection before arriving at their final destination. Orders over $79 that qualify for free shipping will be shipped Standard Ground service.
Please note, we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
Shipping Lead Times
When your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with an order acknowledgement. Within 2 business days a second email will follow, that includes an estimated ship date based on stock availability as per our vendors or distribution centre, along with any other information. Please be advised that estimated shipping dates are subject to change. Once your product has shipped, you will receive a third Order Status Update email confirming the shipment of your goods. This third email will include tracking information for your reference.
Damaged or Defective

. Depending on the severity of the damage(s), we may ask that you dispose of the item and a replacement will be shipped to you.
Alternately, we will provide instructions for the order to be shipped back to our distribution centre at no cost. For missing or damaged parts, we will ship replacement parts to you at no cost.
